How long does my order take to ship?

For ready-made pots we make a daily trip to the post office Monday - Friday. For commissions and waitlist the time is approximately 4 -6 weeks. We send packages out using tracked 48 .

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this point we don’t offer international shipping. However, if there’s something you can’t live without email us hello@profanitypots.com

What is your return policy? 

Custom or personalised items (including bespoke wording) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Please double-check spelling and wording before placing your order. We are not responsible for customer errors.

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• You contact us before returning the item

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
